Please be on time, if running behind give us a call. Please no extra guests at your appointment. 
If ever no showed for appointment , 100% of service fee will be required prior to booking future appointments.  Non Refundable! 
Packages are non refundable. If you no show or last minute cancel your prepaid appointment, that session is considered completed.  If not a prepaid appointment, no shows and last minute cancellations will be charged 100% of service. Deposits made on appointments are non refundable and not transferable. If no show or last minute cancel a deposit appointment, you’ll be charged 100% of service. Deposit will go towards service total.  

All products final sale. Exchange exception can be made within 3 days with receipt and tags attached. Items must show no wear.  Packages must be completed within 90 days
